You Deserve Support That Understands You In Your Language, At Your Pace
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, confused, or pressured to take the next step—especially if it’s related to a court order, an immigration case, or a personal challenge that’s affecting your mental health or relationships. At ABC Therapy, we meet you with empathy, not judgment.
For over 30 years, we’ve helped thousands of individuals in Southern Nevada navigate mental health treatment, legal requirements, and emotional recovery—in English and Spanish—with culturally sensitive, professional counseling.
Whether you’re seeking help voluntarily or because the court is requiring it, you’ll find a team here that listens, explains, and walks with you.
How One Man’s Recovery Sparked a Lifelong Mission to Help Others
ABC Therapy was born from personal experience and a deep belief in transformation. In 1995, Dr. Julio C. Landero, a man who had battled and overcome alcoholism through the guidance of Alcoholics Anonymous, made a decision that would change countless lives: he would return to school, earn a degree in social work, and create a place where healing and accountability could coexist.
That place became Associated Bilingual Counselors and Therapists, now known as ABC Therapy.
From One Office to Three Locations—And Thousands Served
Since opening in Las Vegas, ABC Therapy has grown from a single office to three active locations throughout the region. We’ve supported thousands of clients across domestic violence programs, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, immigration hardship evaluations, and more.
We’ve been listed on every major court referral list in Clark County. We’ve worked with clients from Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Mesquite, Pahrump, and Boulder City—and we continue to serve those with out-of-state legal cases who are often turned away elsewhere.

Why Horses4Heroes
When we first introduced Horses4Heroes to Las Vegas in 2006, we received an anonymous email from Nellis AFB. It touched our hearts then and strengthens our resolve today to fulfill our mission to serve these local heroes and their families.
Our History
Serving local heroes and their families since 2006
In the aftermath of 9/11 and with war raging in Iraq and Afghanistan, Sydney Knott and her family wanted to show their support for local service members and First Responders. Horse crazy horse lovers the Knotts decided to open up their small ranch for free horse rides. Weekly visits and impromptu Thursday night barbecues eventually evolved into non-profit Horses4Heroes!

Trails End Warriors brings veterans, first responders and family Together through equine-facilitated learning, community events and outdoor Activities.
About Us
At Trails End Warriors our mission is to provide veterans, first responders and their family’s with a supportive and empowering Ranch community. We are dedicated to fostering healing, camaraderie, and personal growth. We aim to build strength, resilience, and lasting bonds while honoring the service and sacrifice of those who protect and serve the community.
THE RANCH
When most folks think of Las Vegas, their thoughts immediately go to the bright lights and extravagance of the Strip. What they often don’t realize is that Las Vegas has long been known as a horse town and is home to some of the biggest rodeos and cowboy events in the country.
Trails End Ranch is in the northern most part of Las Vegas surrounded by beautiful mountains and adjacent to the national fossil preserve with hundreds of miles of desert riding trails. It is nestled in a community of ranches and horse facilities that are keeping the love of horses and ranching alive and well.
Trails End ranch
Drew and Melissa Erra purchased Trails End Ranch in 2020. The ranch was originally used to rescue older horses where they could live in an open herd environment, have their medical conditions and feeding needs managed allowing them to live their end days in a loving environment.
In 2023, the Erra’s met a group of amazing veterans that had a passion for building an equine focused charity to help other veterans, first responders and their families to find support and camaraderie to better deal with the stresses of PTSD and post service challenges. Thus, a new mission was born. In partnership with our Executive Director Ed Green and a core group dedicated veterans and first responders, Trails End Warriors was established and the mission of the ranch changed from saving horses to saving people.
